1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using Caraoke.com.br, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Caraoke.com.br is a free online karaoke platform that lets you search karaoke videos, organize a real-time song queue and control it remotely from your phone. The service runs directly in the browser, with no download and no sign-up.
The service is supported by ads (Google AdSense), affiliate links on the Shop page and voluntary donations via Pix. No feature is paid.
3. Content and copyright
The videos played on the platform are hosted and provided by YouTube, through the official embedded player (YouTube IFrame API), in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service. Caraoke.com.br does not host, store or distribute music or video files: we act only as a search and queue-management interface on top of content publicly available on YouTube.
The rights to the songs and videos belong to their respective authors, performers, labels and channels. If you are a rights holder and identify a problem, the content should be reported directly to YouTube, and you can also let us know at contato@caraoke.com.br.
4. Acceptable use
By using the service, you agree to:
- Not use offensive or discriminatory names, or names that violate third-party rights, in the song queue;
- Not attempt to bypass, overload or compromise the security and stability of the platform;
- Not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes (reselling the service, for example);
- Use the service in a manner compatible with applicable law.
5. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the service available and stable, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Video playback depends on YouTube and on your internet connection. Queue sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, always seeking to preserve the user experience.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The site displays Google AdSense ads and contains links to third-party sites (YouTube, Mercado Livre, social networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites. We recommend reading the terms and policies of each service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caraoke.com.br and Diwel are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including unavailability of videos on YouTube, connection failures or misuse by third parties.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the service after changes means you agree to the new terms.
